The staff at this place are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I wish I had caught the name of the gentleman I was dealing with as he was very polite and patient with me, even after arriving to them 15 min before they close. After a long day of working and moving, stress and exhaustion are very high. The staff there was able to answer all of my questions, and even had no problem helping me out when I realized I had chosen the wrong size storage unit for my needs. I would highly recommend access storage to anyone looking for storage options. To the owners of access storage in caledon I would suggest maybe giving your exceptional employees a raise, very well deserved.

I recently visited here to book storage and outdoor car parking for January and February, and I had a great experience. The staff was very professional and helpful throughout the process. A special thanks to Navpreet Gill and Prabhjeet Kaur for their excellent service, guidance, and friendly attitude. They made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free.
