Had a great experience at Access Storage Caledon. Prabhjeet Kaur was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She made it easy for us to start our storage plan and helped us get all of our belongings stored without any hassle. She was friendly, professional, and patient, answering all of our questions with a smile. Excellent customer service—we truly appreciate her help and highly recommend this location!

I had an excellent experience at Access Storage – 14072 Hurontario St, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.
Bonnie, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through the facility, explained the best storage options for my needs, and gave me a proper tour so I could choose the right unit with confidence. She also worked with my start date and offered me the best possible pricing, which I truly appreciated.
The assistant manager, Prabhjeet, was just as welcoming — offering me a drink and a snack and making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The level of hospitality and professionalism from both of them made a big difference.
The facility is clean, well-organized, secure, and very well located, making it ideal for storing equipment and operating my business. I definitely feel I found the right place and look forward to a long-term relationship with this location.
Highly recommend this Access Storage location to anyone looking for great service and a stress-free storage experience.

Renting the unit was fast and easy. The personnel are friendly, and informative. Ending the rental contract was just an easy and painless. The units are clean and feel extremely secure.
This was my first time renting a locker and it was a very positive experience. I highly recommend the Access storage facility at Hwy 10 and King.

The ladies in the office are absolutely lovely and so helpful. I shopped around and their prices were way better than any other storage facility and they have a lot of promotions on. So check in with them as soon as you know what you'll be needing and they'll help you figure out what size unit you need. They also have full packing supplies as well. I would highly highly recommend them and use them again 😀

I had a wonderful experience working with Prabhjeet Kaur. She is extremely kind, polite, and very professional in nature. She dealt with me patiently, understood my requirements clearly, and took the time to show me several very good units that matched exactly what I was looking for.
She guided me honestly throughout the process and helped me secure a very good deal. Her friendly attitude and dedication made everything smooth and stress-free.
