This is to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received. The store manager I interacted with, Bonnie, was exceptionally nice, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. Her organized approach made me feel confident in the safety of my vehicle, eliminating any concerns I had. I also appreciated the transparent payment process, particularly being asked about saving my card information, which demonstrated a commitment to privacy and built trust. Prabhjeet, the assistant manager, was also incredibly helpful in providing a tour of the storage yard, and her friendly attitude added to the positive experience. Overall, the staff's helpfulness was remarkable, and I would definitely recommend their services. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

From the start, her friendly behavior and professional attitude made the process incredibly easy. Navpreet provided expert guidance on my storage needs, helping me choose the perfect unit size without any guesswork. Most importantly, she went out of her way to provide the best price options and ensured I got the most value for my budget. Her commitment to top-tier customer service is rare to find, and she made what is usually a stressful task completely seamless. I had an excellent experience at Access Storage – 14072 Hurontario St, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.
Bonnie, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through the facility, explained the best storage options for my needs, and gave me a proper tour so I could choose the right unit with confidence. She also worked with my start date and offered me the best possible pricing, which I truly appreciated.
The assistant manager, Prabhjeet, was just as welcoming — offering me a drink and a snack and making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The level of hospitality and professionalism from both of them made a big difference.
The facility is clean, well-organized, secure, and very well located, making it ideal for storing equipment and operating my business. I definitely feel I found the right place and look forward to a long-term relationship with this location.

Employees are extremely friendly and helpful .
From the start I was greeted and felt very welcomed and appreciated. They were able to understand my needs for storage and provided me with the best options they have available . Acquiring the storage unit was a breeze with minimal paper work and no hidden fees .
They are well organized and provide you with all the details needed to the point where you won’t even have a question to ask them .
I think you will have a hard time finding better prices and customer service than what they offer .
